1 onion
2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
500 milliliters water
1 cup Sour cream
3 Tbsps sugar
50 milliliters Herb vinegar (volume at will)
1 Tbsp minced Savory
salt

4 slices Smoked pork chop (150 grams)

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and cut green beans into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) long pieces. Peel onion, chop finely and fry in hot butter in a pan. Add flour and allow flour to brown slightly, then stirring constantly gradually add cold water. Season liquid with vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and savory. Add green beans and cook for 10-15 minutes. Shortly before serving, add sour cream.

Warm smoked pork chop slices in a little broth and serve with the beans.

Serve with butter tossed potatoes, as desired.
