4 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
¼ bunch Chervil (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
2.
Drain, reserving a small amount of the water, and toss with a little olive oil.
3.
Cut the salmon into strips and tear the tomatoes into pieces. Place in a bowl with the chopped chervil and a little oil.
4.
Toss with the pasta, adding a little of the reserved water to lubricate the sauce.
5.
Season and serve.
