- ⅔ cup smoked Salmon (sliced thinly)
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 4 small, white Pita bread
- 1 small Cucumber (sliced thinly)
- 2 Tbsps fresh Dill
- ½ tsp red Chili flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Coat the smoked salmon with the lemon juice.
2.
Cut the pitta bread half in half through their equator.
3.
Arrange a few slices of smoked salmon on top, then cucumber slices and dill and roll into cones. Sprinkle a few red chilli flakes on top before serving.
