- 50 grams Quark
- 120 grams vegetable oil
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 6 Tbsps sugar

- 10 grams ground almonds
- 320 grams Plum
- 40 grams softened butter

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Combine 100 grams (approximately 3 1/2 ounces) of flour with quark, oil, baking soda and 3 tablespoons of sugar, mix until crumbly. Spread in a greased baking pan, making an edge all around. Sprinkle with nuts.
