20 grams butter
40 grams Dark chocolate
1 egg
3 Tbsps Cream quark (40% fat)
40 grams sugar
1 generous pinch Vanilla bean
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt
60 grams Pastry flour
1 pinch Baking powder

Preparation steps

Crush ladyfingers in a freezer bag until finely crumbled and arrange crumbs on the bottom of mugs. Cut 10 grams (approximately 1/3 ounce) of butter into small pieces, add to mugs and microwave, one at at time, for about 50 seconds at 800 Watts. Whisk with a fork.

Chop chocolate into small pieces and combine with remaining butter. Microwave for about 1 minute. Remove and whisk until smooth.

Whisk egg with quark, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and salt in a bowl with an electric mixer until frothy. Add chocolate and butter mixture. Add flour combined with baking powder and mix well. Spread mixture on crumb mixture in the mugs and microwave, one at a time, for about 2 minutes. Remove and let cool, serve.
