Preparation steps

Thinly slice the ham with a slicer and layer onto 4 plates. Rinse the lemons, grate the peel and squeeze the juice of one lemon grate and cut the other lemon lengthwise into 8 wedges. Mix the lemon juice with the lemon zest, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over the ham. Drain the capers and spread over the ham.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) top and bottom heat.
