- 4 cups gluten-free Fusilli
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 clove garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups canned Tomatoes
- 1 pinch caster sugar (superfine)
- 2 Tbsps Basil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps

Cook the fusilli in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water until 'al dente; ' 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan set over a medium heat until hot. Add the garlic and fry gently for 1 minute.

Add the chopped tomatoes and sugar. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
4.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper and keep warm to one side.

Drain the pasta and toss immediately in the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6.
Divide between bowls and garnish with basil leaves before serving.
