6 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps Fish sauce
3 Tbsps sesame oil
fresh Lime juice
2 Tbsps honey
2 red chili peppers (seeds removed and finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 scallions (finely chopped)
4 ½ cups large shrimp (tails and black veins removed)
3 cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Lime wedge (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, lime juice and honey in a large bowl.
2.
Add the chopped chiles, garlic and scallions and mix in the shrimps. Set aside to marinade for 30 minutes, turning from time to time.
3.
Heat the broiler to a medium setting.
4.
Remove the shrimps from the marinade, brush the tomato halves with the remaining oil and thread onto wooden skewers alternating with the shrimp.
5.
Heat the marinade in a small pan until reduced and slightly sticky. Set aside.
6.
Cook the kebabs under the broiler, turning frequently, for about 6 minutes or until the shrimps are cooked through.
7.
Serve the kebabs with the warm marinade drizzled over and lime wedges to garnish.
