- 2 maturity Avocados
- 200 grams Corn (from a can, well drained)
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro (or parsley)
- 1 large red, finely chopped onion
- sesame oil
- Rice vinegar
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 300 grams shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed)
Preparation steps

Peel avocados, cut in half, pit and cut into small cubes. Mix avocado, corn, cilantro, onion, 3 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a pan and briefly sauté shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, arrange atop the salad and serve.
