Preparation steps

Mix together all the ingredients except the prawns, until well combined. Add the prawns and mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Preheat the grill to hot.

Thread the prawns onto skewers (reserving the marinade) and grill for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked and pink, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.

Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
