1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Lid, 1 Dutch oven
Preparation steps
1.
Take 4 wooden skewers and thread 2 large shrimps wrapped in bacon, 3 scallops and a lemon quarter onto each skewer. Take the remaining 4 skewers and thread the small shrimps and the lime wedges onto each skewer, alternating as you go.

Season with salt and pepper and place under the broiler for about 4 minutes on each side until the shrimps are golden brown.
3.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with lemon oil and soy sauce.
