Preparation steps

1.

Cook the vegetables in a pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. (timing will vary depending upon vegetables used). Drain, rinse under cold water and drain well.

Preheat the raclette grill. Arrange the cheese, shrimp and vegetables on a serving dish.

Place the vegetables, shrimp and cheese in the raclette and cook 6-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and the shrimp and vegetables are piping hot.
