Preparation steps

Crush the pepper in a mortar, then mix with the oil and lemon juice. Place the shrimp in the marinade, and let rest for at least 10 minutes.

Peel the mango, remove the fruit from the stone, and cut into bite-size pieces. Mix the mango with the shrimp, and marinate another 2-3 minutes. Toast the almonds lightly in a dry pan.
3.
Place the shrimp mixture into 4 raclette pans. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Sprinkle with the almonds shortly before the end of the cooking time. Serve in a small pan.
