- 200 grams shrimp (in brine; ready to eat)
- 250 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- 400 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Horseradish cream (jar)
- salt
- 1 splash lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
- Cracker (for serving)
- black Caviar (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Drain the shrimp.

Puree salmon slices and shrimp with 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) whipping cream. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl. Whisk in cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Beat remaining whipping cream until stiff. Season with salt, lemon juice and pepper and fold into cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate mousse about 20 minutes. With two spoons, shape mousse into small quenelles and place on crackers. Garnish with caviar.
