Shrimp Salad Appetizer
Shrimp is full of protein and iodine, a trace element that is not commonly found in foods, but is very important to the body.
You can serve this without hot sauce if you don't like spicy food.

- 1 bunch Basil (leaves only)
- 2 cups cooked, peeled Prawn
- lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps tomato Ketchup
- 2 tsps Horseradish Sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce

Roughly shred the basil and put into the bottom of 4 serving glasses.
Put the prawns into a bowl and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, horseradish sauce and a dash each of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Add pepper to taste and stir in the prawns, until coated in the mixture.
Divide the prawns between the serving glasses.
