You don't like cilantro? No problem: Just replace the green cabbage with flat parsley.
Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Rinse lime with hot water, dry and finely zest. Squeeze juice and mix with cilantro, honey and 2 tablespoons oil.
Rinse apples, quarter, remove cores and cut into small, bite-size cubes. Mix with shrimp and vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Add zest if desired and serve.
