- 2 Tbsps elderflower syrup
- 1 Orange (juiced)
- 1 generous pinch mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 80 milliliters Canola oil
- salt
- peppers
- 300 grams mixed Lettuce (such as Oakleaf red and green, arugula, sorrel)
- 200 grams shrimp (kitchen ready, cooked and peeled)
- Elderflower (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
For the dressing, mix the syrup with the orange juice, the mustard powder and vinegar. Stir in the oil until a creamy sauce has arisen and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Arrange with the shrimp in deep bowls and drizzle with the dressing.
3.
Serve garnished with elderflowers.
