50 grams thinly sliced Bacon

12 Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the pork tenderloin, beef fillet and veal liver into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes. Cut the bacon into equal sized pieces. Peel the onion, cut into quarters and separate the pieces. 

2.

Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry and remove any stems. 

3.

Thread the prepared ingredients alternately onto the skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on a preheated until browned on all sides, turning and brushing with the herb butter often.
