2 rolls Puff pastry dough about 275 g (approximately 10 ounces)
5 Tbsps grated Hard cheese (such as Pecorino)
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps milk
2 Tbsps white Sesame seeds
2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
50 grams Sour cream
salt
peppers
1 Tbsp finely chopped Fresh herbs (such parsley, basil, dill)
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll one of the puff pastry rolls thin and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Roll the other puff pastry sheet out and gently press on top. Cut the pastry into bunny shapes using a cookie cutter and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Whisk the egg yolk and milk together until smooth and brush onto the pastries. Sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, finely chopped herbs and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the puff pastry bunnies from the oven and serve warm with the herbed yogurt dip.
