- 4 scallions
- 300 grams button Mushroom
- 4 Pork schnitzels (each about 120 grams or 4 ounces)
- 2 Tbsps soybean oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp Coriander

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse scallions, trim and cut diagonally into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Rinse mushrooms and cut in half, depending upon the size. Cut mushrooms into thick slices.
2.
Rinse pork, pat dry and sear approximately 3 to 4 minutes in hot oil. Add mushrooms and onions.
3.
Sauté for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and coriander and serve.
