6 slices white Bread (diced, crusts cut off)

1 bunch flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Fry the chorizo in a pan of hot oil. Add the scallops and the garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side.

In another pan, fry the bread in the melted butter. Add to the scallops along with the parsley, mix well, season with ground black pepper and serve on pre-heated plates.
