- 35 ozs floury potatoes (cut into chunks)
- ½ cup hot milk
- ⅛ cup butter
- salt
- peppers
- 18 ozs white fish fillets
- 4 ozs shrimp
- ¼ cup butter
- 9 ozs Leeks (white part only, thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 flat-leaf parsley (leaves only, chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a pie dish.
2.
Put the potatoes in a large pan of boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes, until tender.

Drain well and mash with a potato masher. Add the butter and season to taste with salt and pepper

Pour the milk into a wide pan and add the fish fillets and prawns. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes until the fish is just cooked through. Remove the fishand prawns and strain the milk into a jug.

Melt half the butter in a pan and add the leeks. Cook until the leeks are soft, then stir in the flour. Cook for 1 minute, then gradually stir in the reserved milk. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
6.
Stir in the parsley, then gently fold in the fish and prawns. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
7.
Spoon the fish mixture into the pie dish, and top with the mashed potato, spreading it out and roughing up the top. Cook for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
