- 1 head Savoy cabbage (about 36 ounces)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C /400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Rinse the cabbage, and remove the outer leaves. Peel the remaining leaves from the stalk. Cut into bite-sized pieces, and drizzle both sides with the oil. Place on the baking sheets, and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until crispy, remove from the oven, and let cool.
