- 1 ½ cups milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 2 medium egg yolks
- 2 Tbsps Corn starch
- 1 cup smoked Salmon
- 3 sprigs Dill
- 2 Tbsps butter (softened)

Tip: before serving, briskly fry two tablespoons of sesame seeds in an ungreased pan and sprinkle over the clafoutis.
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 240°C (220° fan) | 450F | gas 8.
2.
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole eggs, the yolks, the milk, the crème fraîche and the cornflour. Season with pepper and a little salt.
3.
Cut the smoked salmon into slices. Wash, dry and pluck the dill. Keep 4 sprigs for decoration and finely chop the rest. Add to the mixture.

Grease four ramekins. Share the slices of smoked salmon between ramekins and pour the mixture over the top. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown on top.
5.
Serve straight from the oven and decorate with a sprig of dill.
