Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
Put the egg yolks and cream in a bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper and whisk together.
Fry the bacon in hot oil in a pan until cooked. Add the garlic, fry together briefly and stir in the drained pasta. Switch off the heat and stir in the egg and cream mixture.
Arrange on plates, sprinkle with the capers and parmesan, and serve.
