- 150 grams softened butter
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 375 grams Pastry flour
- 40 grams grated Parmesan
- salt
- 200 milliliters mineral water
- vegetable oil (for greasing the waffle iron)

Preparation steps

Mix together the butter, crème fraîche, flour, parmesan and a pinch of salt in the bowl of a stand mixer. Gradually add the mineral water and knead with the dough hook attachment until smooth.

Preheat the waffle iron and grease with vegetable oil. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the dough into the waffle iron and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Continue with the remaining dough. Serve with your choice of dip, such as pesto or sour cream.
