- 250 grams Pastry flour
- ½ cube fresh Yeast (21 grams)
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 150 milliliters olive oil
- 100 grams ham
- 100 grams Gruyere (grated)
- 1 Tbsp fresh marjoram
- 4 eggs
- salt
- 100 grams Walnut
- 50 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 50 grams green Olives (pitted)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix yeast with 2 tablespoons warm water until smooth. Mix the flour with the yeast. Gradually stir in the wine and the oil. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.

Meanwhile, cut the ham into very thin strips.

Stir eggs and salt into the dough. Stir in the ham, cheese, marjoram and walnuts. Fold in the olives.
4.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and let rise again for about 30 minutes. Then bake until golden brown in the preheated oven, about 1 hour.
5.
Let the bread rest for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.
