2 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
100 milliliters dry white wine
salt
Chili powder
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry okra. Cut off stems carefully. Rinse tomatoes and cut off stems. Blanch tomaotes in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel, halve and remove seeds, cut into pieces. Peel onions and garlic cloves, dice finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and garlic for about 2 minutes or until translucent. Deglaze pan with wine and add tomatoes, season with salt and chili powder. Add okra and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with chives and season to taste. Arrange on plates and serve.
