- 12 small potatoes (precooked)
- 1 Red onion (sliced, layers separated)
- 1 white onion (sliced, layers separated)
- 12 bay leaves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 wooden Skewer

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Toaster, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Knife
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 220°C (220°C in a fan oven) 425°F, gas 7.
2.
Skewer the sausages, potatoes, onions and bay leaves alternately on the kebab sticks.
3.
Season the oil with parsley, salt and ground black pepper. Place the kebabs on a baking tray and brush with the oil mixture.
4.
Place in the oven and cook for 10 mins. Then switch on the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve on preheated plates.
