- 300 grams Sauerkraut (canned)
- 1 red Apple (such as Boskop)
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp unsalted Peanuts (shelled)
- 150 grams Natural yogurt
- 50 grams Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 slices Crusty bread

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the sauerkraut in a colander.
2.
Rinse and quarter the apple. Remove the seeds and julienne. Rinse and dry the parsley. Remove the leaves and finely chop.
3.
Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the core and finely dice.
4.
Coarsely chop the nuts.
5.
Mix the sauerkraut, tomato, apple, parsley, nuts, yogurt, and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar.
6.
Divide the spread onto bread and serve.
