- 3 Pickled cucumbers
- 2 shallots
- 1 Apple
- 150 grams Prosciutto
- 200 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- peppers
- 4 Whole grain oat rolls
Preparation steps

Hard-boil the eggs 8 minutes, rinse with cold water, peel and chop.

Drain gherkins and finely chop.
3.
Peel the shallots and finely chop. Peel the apple, quarter and remove the cores. Finely grate the apple quarters.

Tightly roll the prosciutto and chop. Mix the yogurt with the chopped chives and chopped parsley until smooth and season with salt, lemon juice and pepper. Mix the prepared ingredients. Serve the spread with the bread.
