100 grams green Grape
l dry white wine
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps olive oil
100 grams Walnut
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Heat sauerkraut.

Rinse grapes, halve, remove seeds and mix with the sauerkraut.

3.

Whisk wine with honey and olive oil. Pour mixture over sauerkraut and season with pepper and salt. Gently mix until well combined.

4.

Coarsely chop walnuts and toast briefly in a large, dry frying pan. Add sauerkraut mixture.

5.

If desired, mix a grated apple with the sauerkraut before serving.
