2 small, red chili peppers
3 Tbsps cold pressed sunflower oil
3 Tbsps water

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the raisins in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes. Drain the raisins and halve if desired. Rinse the chile peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop.

2.

Place the sauerkraut in a bowl. Stir in the raisins, chile peppers, oil, water and 2 teaspoons of honey. Let stand briefly before serving.
