10 Plum

80 grams Sauerkraut (leavened mild)
For the batter
250 grams softened butter
180 grams sugar
4 eggs
200 grams Pastry flour
For the sauerkraut
8 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F).

For the topping: Rinse plums, remove stone and slice into equal columns. Rinse, quarter and core apples. Slice about 3 mm (approximately 1/10 inch) thick.

Squeeze out sauerkraut. Grease a springform pan with butter and dust with flour.

For the batter: Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Gradually add eggs and fold in flour.

Combine sauerkraut and honey and press into the pan wall. Spread batter evenly into pan and cover with apples and plums.

4.

Bake for about 45 minutes. Remove, let cool, release from pan, slice and serve.
