- 2 cups Mushrooms (sliced)

1 Pot mit Deckel, 2 Skillets, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Potato masher, 1 Coffee filter, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Fine grater
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the clarified butter and render the bacon in it. Add the onions, sauerkraut and the herbs. Mix well and fry for approx. 10 minutes.

Add the prunes and if necessary add some stock. After approx. 20 minutes add the mushrooms and fry everything for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
