500 grams mixed Mushrooms (i.e mushrooms, chanterelle, boletus, Oyster mushrooms etc)
1 garlic clove
2 onions
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
peppers
1 bunch parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, but not too small.

2.

Peel the onions and the garlic and finely chop. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute the onions until translucent and add the garlic. Add the mushrooms and cook until all the juice from the mushrooms is almost all evaporated.

3.

Season mushrooms with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

4.

Serve the mushroom hot from the pan with fresh bread.
