- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 40 grams Watercress
- 2 small Pear
- 8 slices Toast

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the rind from the gorgonzola, then mix with the cream cheese and orange juice. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Rinse and thoroughly dry the watercress. Rinse the pears, cut lengthwise into eighths, and remove the core.

Remove the crust from the bread. Spread half of the bread with the gorgonzola mixture. Cut all of the bread slices into quarters. Top the remaining bread slice with a bit of watercress, a pear slice, and a little more cress. Top with a slice of bread spread with the cheese mixture. Skewer with wooden toothpicks, and serve.
