- 150 grams cooked Sushi rice
- Vinegar water (for molding)
- 150 grams fresh Wild salmon
- 1 tsp Wasabi
- 1 pc red Daikon radish (or radishes)
- Dill (for garnish)
- soy sauce (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Divide the sushi rice into 8 portions. Dipping fingers in the water-vinegar mixture to prevent sticking, shape each portion into an oval ball.
2.
Cut the wild salmon into 8 thin slices. Sprinkle 1 side of each salmon slice with wasabi powder and arrange it, wasabi side down, on top of the each rice portion. Press lightly to adhere. If necessary, use fingers to reshape. Transfer sushi to a plate.
3.
Rinse and peel the daikon. Grate or slice it into thin matchsticks. Sprinkle some radish on top of each salmon portion and garnish with a piece of dill. Serve with soy sauce.
