Ingredients

For the spread
½ cup cream cheese
1 ½ tablespoons creamed Horseradish (from a jar)
1 generous pinch stock granule
1 pinch paprika
¼ cup cream (whipped)
salt
peppers
In addition
4 slices whole grain bread
4 smoked Salmon
1 red chili pepper
2 tablespoons Sunflower seed
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Mix the cream cheese with the horseradish, stock granules and paprika. Fold in the whipped cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread on the slices of bread and top with smoked salmon. Wash the chillies and cut into rings, removing the seeds if you wish. Mix with the sunflower seeds and parsley. Scatter a little of the mixture on top of each open sandwich and serve immediately.
