100 grams Pastry flour
200 grams Oatmeal
200 grams butter
2 egg yolks
½ tsp salt
peppers
50 ml Whipped cream
also
Smoked salmon
cream cheese
Dill
Gorgonzola
parsley
Cottage cheese
Strawberries

Preparation steps

Put all ingredients for dough, except cream, into food processor and process until crumbly. Place on work surface and knead, adding cream little by little, until dough is smooth. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out on a floured surface or between two sheets  until thin and cut into 4-5 cm (approximately 1.5-2-inches) wide circles.

Place on baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 12 minutes. Remove with baking paper from baking sheet and cool.

Top biscuits with cream cheese, salmon and dill. Alternatively, top with Gorgonzola, salmon and parsley; or with cottage cheese and strawberries. Serve.
