- 1 large Avocado
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup Crème fraiche
- ⅔ cup Goat cheese
- ⅔ cup smoked Salmon (diced)
- Black pepper

1 Small pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Fork, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Mandoline, 1 Whisk, 1 Kitchen towel
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a 12 hole tartlet tin.
2.
Roll out the pastry and cut out 12 rounds to fit the tins. Line the tins with the pastry and prick the bases with a fork.
3.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
4.
Peel the avocado and dice the flesh. Toss in the lemon juice.
5.
Mix the avocado with the creme fraiche and crumble in the goats' cheese. Stir in the salmon.
6.
Spoon into the pastry cases and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
