Preparation steps

1.

Mix potatoes with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and olive oil. Let marinate.

Cut chorizo ​​into thick slices and thread onto skewers along with salmon cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add skewers and sauté gently on all sides. Season with a little salt if desired (the chorizo ​​is already quite salty).

Serve skewers with potatoes, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
