- 400 grams small Boiled potato (peeled)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Chorizo
- 400 grams Salmon (diced)
- 8 Wooden skewers
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix potatoes with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and olive oil. Let marinate.

Cut chorizo into thick slices and thread onto skewers along with salmon cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add skewers and sauté gently on all sides. Season with a little salt if desired (the chorizo is already quite salty).
3.
Serve skewers with potatoes, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
