Salad with Smoked Meat and Grapfefruit
Rinse lettuce, trim and tear into small pieces. Rinse endive, trim and slice. Peel grapefruit with a sharp knife and remove all white skins and then cut out fruit segments and collect resulting juices in a bowl. Add mustard, vinegar, oil, herbs and honey to the bowl, mix and season with salt and pepper. Mix lettuce leaves in a large bowl with endive and grapefruit segments cover with smoked meat and serve with the dressing.
