- 6 cups Runner Green beans (chopped if desired)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ cup Bacon (diced)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the beans in boiling salt water for around 8 minutes until al dente.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy.
3.
Drain the beans and add to the bacon. Add the garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
