- 80 grams mixed Lettuce (Radicchio and frisee lettuce)
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 Rye rolls
- 100 grams cream cheese (light)
- 12 slices cooked ham (with herb crust, if desired)
- 1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and spin dry lettuce leaves, tear into smaller pieces. Rinse and shake dry thyme, pluck off leaves.
2.
Cut bread horizontally and spread bottom halves with cream cheese. Roll up ham and place on cream cheese. Add lettuce and sprinkle with thyme. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, replace roll tops and serve.
