200 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 Tbsp Vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango, cut flesh into thin slices. Take half of this, chop smaller and cook in the vegetable broth until soft. Purée, season with salt, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and stir in the fresh cream.

Season turkey cutlets with salt and pepper and cook it, with the rosemary, in oil for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with mango sauce and mango slices.
