- 1 kilogram small waxy potatoes
- 5 organic lemons
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 5 sprigs rosemary
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 6 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse and peel the potatoes, then halve lengthwise. Rinse the lemon, pat dry, and thinly slice. Rinse and dry the rosemary, then remove the leaves. Grease a baking sheet with a little olive oil, arrange the lemon slices on it, then place the halved potatoes on top of them. Drizzle with the remaining oil. Top the potatoes with the rosemary, and some salt and pepper. Peel and halve the garlic, then place onto the baking sheet. Cook in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
