- 1 chicken (approx 1.4 kilograms)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 untreated lemons
- 3 Tbsps black, pitted Olives (from a jar)
- 1 Tbsp Caper (from a jar)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and divide into 8 pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the lemons in hot water, wipe dry and cut into pieces. Drain the olives and capers. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, remove the leaves and chop finely.

Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the chicken pieces until golden brown on all sides. Add the lemons, olives and capers. Deglaze with the wine. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
