- 1 prepared pizza dough mix
- ½ cup Tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella
- ½ cup roasted Red pepper
- ½ cup roasted Red pepper
- 1 can Artichoke hearts (drained and halved)
- ¼ cup sliced Olives
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- ½ cup crumbled Feta
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 425º F / 220º C.

Pat dough into pan or on to a pizza stone using fingers dipped in olive oil.

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on pizza. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with red and yellow roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, olives and sliced tomato.
4.
Sprinkle the dried herbs and the feta cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned around the edges.
