250 grams small, yellow Tomatoes (such as grape tomatoes)
4 Sage
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
Chili powder
60 grams green Olives

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and cut in half. Rinse tomatoes and leave whole or cut in half depending on size. Rinse sage leaves, pat dry and chop. Peel and squeeze garlic through a press.

2.

Heat oil in a pan and place onions and tomatoes with cut surfaces down in the pan. Sear and reduce heat. 

3.

Add chopped sage and garlic to the pan, mix and fry everything for 3-5 minutes and season with salt and a pinch of chili powder. Add olives and mix. Serve on plates as an appetizer or side dish.
